Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required for all treatments and services. We are open
7 days a week for appointments.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
your appointment. The full amount will be charged for all appointments cancelled
or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
What are your hours?
We are open 7 days a week with appointments available in the evenings and on
the weekends.
What should I wear to my appointment?
You may wear anything you would like. We suggest comfortable clothing and perhaps
an outfit you don't mind getting oil on if you get a massage. For sunless
tanning, we suggest wearing an old bathing suit.
What if I am late to my appointment?
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we must shorten your
session time if you are late for your appointment. The normal fee will be
charged.

What if I want to return a product?
We will gladly accept returns on merchandise, excluding opened cosmetics, within
30 days of your purchase date with your receipt. Store credit only.
